The 11 steps to achieve its objectives smarte


SMARTE set goals is the first step to turn into reality.
Firstly, it means SMARTE?"S" for specific"M" for Measurable"A" Ambitious. Some say Achievable, but I prefer Ambitious, because ..."R" for Realistic"T" for Time-bound ...
And so does the "E"? This is often forgotten ... but for you, it is essential if you want to reach your goal.
"E" for Ecologigue. Sure, in the ecological sense "good for the planet," it's true. But here, I think rather than "good for your environment, your company, your product, your customers ... and most importantly, good for YOU! "Indeed, where the interest of achieving a goal if it is not good for YOU, both professionally and personally? :)As I said, SET objectives SMARTE is based. But what are the 11 essential steps to achieve them?

1. Make sure your goal SMARTE passes the test.2. Align your goals with your values. This is the condition that allows you to be consistent with yourself. Without this alignment, you may have to fight every day to achieve your goals.3. Share your goals with three to five key people and engage vis-à-vis them. Caution! Avoid self sabotage! Choose people who have a POSITIVE mindset and support you.4. Identify the resources you need to achieve your goal. For example, if your goal is to produce a brochure or flyer, you will need to find a designer, oubien how to do this yourself ...5. Identify ways to optimize your time. Take only the shortcuts that can accelerate your progress towards your goal.6. Detect potential obstacles. This can raise bad work habits, misconceptions, overload ... Act to reduce, eliminate or overcome these obstacles.7. Identify at least one essential daily activities. It is these little things you do everyday that propel you gradually towards your ultimate goal.8. Structure your support. Identify what and who can encourage you: tips, positive reviews, a sympathetic ear, a healthy body ...9. Celebrate your success ... small rewards along the way will help make achieving your goals more fun. Learn to treat yourself J. This can be as simple as going to the movies or a good DVD, 1 or 2 hours of shopping (or nap), a beer with a friend, a dinner ...10. Identify what is holding you back today to meet your next client.11. Determine the first action that you will do as soon as you finish reading this article. And act now!
